All returned electronics must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

  Once approved, carefully pack the item in its original box with all protective foam to prevent static discharge or physical damage during transit.

  Refund Processing

  After our quality control team inspects the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
